I've now officially almost been living in Mizuho for 2 years. I have 1 more year on my visa and 1 more year in my job before I'm taking the plunge into the design industry. I don't have a clue what sort of job I want just now, but as long as its creative then I'm all a go-go!
But yeah, for now, I'm working on some new work, making my portfolio stronger, creating more work digitally (thank you new imac and wacom tablet) and trying my best to network with people in the nagoya and gifu area. Things are looking good so far. I just need to get some good old confidence in me and away I go.
Hopefully be showing some work at the next Foriegners art show and maybe in between at some local events if I can find some. Its about time I get my arse in gear and get a job! Its only been 2 years of finding my feet... heres hoping in the next year I can make some great new contacts, friends and confidence.
To the next year

Hopefully I can fulfil my dreams and stay in Japan as an artist!

Ruck Mode. Yar facked!
Recently went to Taiwan on holiday, it was pretty funky and boiling hot. I never expected it to be like that. Didnt speak a word of chinese, so that was fun! You still in Dundee? Shall be visiting over Christmas, its been a while since I was home. I surprisingly miss Japanese classes! Those were hilarious, especially when kanji tests were involved and cheating occured. Lets go for a pint sometime!
